Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising up every time we fall.

After a few busy and unmotivating months that have kept me out of the gym 5 to 6 days out of the week I am finally back and in action with goals that are in sight and ready to be met. This new blog will track my journey to fitness as recommended and will include both my triumphs and hardships. I am excited to see where this road will lead me and understand the difficulties and hard work that will be involved but believe that for once I am driven enough to make this happen. My main goal is to compete in sectionals for the 2012 Crossfit Games and before this will be possible many smaller goals must take place first. In the nest few months I will be competing in my first crossfit competition sponsered by Life as Rx in August and my second Fight Gone Bad crossfit WOD to help raise money for the wounded warrior project and Livestrong! Last year my score was 207 Rx and this year my goal is to score over 250 points Rx. I am ready to see how all this hard work and dedication will pay off and am excited to share my journey with YOU!!
